AI project lead

Give a defined AI use case a technical owner who can connect business needs, system access, suppliers and acceptance tests.

Based in Frankfurt. Projects can be scoped across Germany; remote or on-site delivery depends on the mandate.

The task

A company may have a promising agent or automation idea but no internal person to decide which systems the agent may access, how the agent is tested and who owns the rollout after launch.

What Gateflow delivers

  • A use-case boundary with owner, permissions and review points.
  • Coordination of the implementation team or named suppliers.
  • Pilot test cases, release criteria, operating record and handover.

Delivery and acceptance

This is a time-limited technical mandate for one AI project, not a general AI strategy retainer. Gateflow starts with one workflow and agrees which decisions remain with the customer.

Where this fits

For small and midsize teams introducing a concrete AI workflow without a dedicated technical lead.

What Gateflow needs to begin

The buyer names one AI use case, the process owner, permitted data and tools, suppliers involved and the decisions the lead may make. Gateflow agrees where human approval is required.

How Gateflow checks the result

Pilot cases cover correct outcomes, uncertain inputs, denied permissions, failed tools and escalation to a person. Release criteria and ongoing cost or error monitoring are documented.

What the customer receives at handover

The customer receives the pilot results, system and supplier map, operating owner, monitoring steps and open decisions for a later rollout.
