Server types
Gateflow focuses on Linux servers. Depending on the project, this can include:
- File servers for shared files and access rights.
- Application servers for business applications and APIs.
- Search servers, including Elasticsearch and systems with near real-time index updates.
Connections to other systems and responsibility for their operation are scoped for each project.
Blockchain node installation and operations
Gateflow operates its own blockchain nodes. A client installation would define the network, node role, access, monitoring and ongoing operating responsibilities before work begins.
What Gateflow delivers
- An installation plan covering access, configuration and the change window.
- Recorded checks for connectivity, backups and monitoring.
- Operating instructions and a handover to the named owner.
Delivery and acceptance
Gateflow agrees the hardware or hosting environment, access and change window before installation. Ongoing operations have a separate scope with named responsibilities and response times.
