What Gateflow needs to begin
The buyer supplies the site, access rules, equipment inventory, rack and cable plan, change window and any vendor requirements. Gateflow agrees which work needs a specialist trade or product certification before assigning people.
How Gateflow checks the result
Checks follow the agreed inventory and cutover plan: equipment location, labels, connections, power-up sequence and named service tests. Exceptions are recorded before the site is handed back.
What the customer receives at handover
The buyer receives updated inventory, test results, deviations and a contact for follow-up within the agreed project scope.
