Data migration & system integration
Move a defined dataset or connect two systems without losing track of records, errors and ownership.
Based in Frankfurt. Projects can be scoped across Germany; remote or on-site delivery depends on the mandate.

Legacy exports, CRM records, spreadsheets and operational tools rarely share the same fields or identifiers. A direct import can multiply duplicates and hide failed transfers.
What Gateflow delivers
- For migration: source inventory, field mapping, cleaning rules, trial import, reconciliation and rollback plan.
- For integration: a specified API or file interface, data direction, conflict rules, error log and test cases.
- For either scope: an acceptance sample, documentation and an operating owner.
Delivery and acceptance
Migration and integration are quoted as separate tasks. Gateflow inspects data quality before deciding which records can move automatically and which need review.
Where this fits
For companies changing a system, connecting CRM and ERP, or replacing manual data transfers.
What Gateflow needs to begin
Gateflow needs a sample export, the target data model, system access rules and a decision owner for conflicting records. For an integration, Gateflow also needs the direction of transfer, expected frequency and the people who use each system.
How Gateflow checks the result
Migration acceptance compares source and target record counts, key fields, rejected rows and a sampled set of business cases. Integration acceptance tests new, changed, duplicate and failed transfers, including retry behavior.
What the customer receives at handover
The buyer receives mapping and interface documentation, a reconciliation report, known exceptions and an owner for future schema or API changes.
