Website performance & AI search

Fix the technical issues that keep people, search crawlers and AI agents from finding and reading the right information.

Based in Frankfurt. Projects can be scoped across Germany; remote or on-site delivery depends on the mandate.

The task

Slow pages, blocked content, confusing page structure and unreliable forms can waste useful traffic. A design change alone may leave those faults in place.

From visit to inquiry

Technical search access is useful only when a visitor can understand the offer and complete a contact path. Gateflow reviews the form, confirmation, routing and failed submissions with the same care as page loading and crawlability. A deeper intake workflow can then be scoped separately.

What Gateflow delivers

  • A dated baseline for speed, mobile use, indexable content and the inquiry path.
  • Agreed fixes to loading, page structure, internal links, metadata or forms.
  • A repeat measurement and a record of what changed.

Delivery and acceptance

Gateflow inspects the site and chooses fixes from measured problems. Clear HTML and accessible content help both search crawlers and browser agents; neither a ranking nor an AI citation can be guaranteed.

Where this fits

For teams that can share access to their website and analytics or provide a specific technical symptom.

What Gateflow needs to begin

The buyer names the pages or journeys that matter and provides access to the site and any approved measurement data. Gateflow takes a dated baseline before choosing changes, so the result can be compared with the starting point.

How Gateflow checks the result

After release Gateflow repeats the same page-load, crawl-access, mobile and form-path checks. Gateflow records what changed and distinguish technical improvements from traffic or conversion shifts that need more observation.

What the customer receives at handover

The buyer receives the baseline, the fix list, repeat measurements and the remaining technical issues ranked by impact and effort.
