Agent-ready websites

Make your services easy for people and AI agents to find, understand and use.

Based in Frankfurt. Projects can be scoped across Germany; remote or on-site delivery depends on the mandate.

Request a video call

The task

Service facts may be scattered across pages or hidden in images and scripts. A user can reach the site yet struggle to understand an offer or complete a useful request.

When the platform must change

A relaunch may be needed when the current site cannot support clear content, search access or reliable inquiries. Gateflow reviews the existing functions, content, URLs and publishing needs before choosing a target. A CMS-free site is one option; direct tool access for third-party agents remains planned work.

What Gateflow delivers

  • A map of the service information and tasks the website must support.
  • Clear, crawlable pages with meaningful links and accessible navigation.
  • Tested inquiry paths, forms and handoffs to the responsible team or system.
  • Checks for mobile use, speed, crawl access and publishing after release.

Delivery and acceptance

Gateflow reviews the current content, website and user paths before choosing changes. A platform move is considered when the existing setup blocks the agreed result. Content, URLs, forms and publishing are tested if a move is needed.

Where this fits

For companies whose services need to be understood and used online by people and browser agents.

What Gateflow needs to begin

The buyer names the services users must find and the tasks they need to complete. Gateflow reviews the current pages, content, publishing roles, important URLs, forms and access constraints.

How Gateflow checks the result

Gateflow tests whether representative service information can be found and read in the published HTML. Navigation, forms, mobile layouts, accessibility and handoffs are checked against agreed user tasks. If the platform changes, redirects and rollback are tested too.

What the customer receives at handover

The customer receives the content and URL map, test results, publishing procedure, code and hosting documentation, open issues and an owner for later updates.

Current scope

Gateflow has built its own CMS-free sites. Direct tool access for third-party agents remains planned work, not a current website feature.
