Technical project lead for migrations

Gateflow coordinates technical tasks and records decisions during a migration or go-live when the in-house team needs help managing dependencies.

Gateflow is based in Frankfurt and works on projects in the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main region and across Germany. Remote and on-site work are agreed for the project.

Coordinating your migration through handover

Your migration needs an agreed sequence of work and clear responsibility across the teams involved. Gateflow coordinates technical dependencies and decisions through the assigned project phase. Cutover checks and acceptance records give your team a documented basis for moving into operation.

What Gateflow delivers

  • A dependency map, decision log and agreed cutover plan.
  • Coordination of named technical teams and suppliers through a defined phase.
  • Test and acceptance records, open risks and a handover to operations.

Delivery and acceptance

The mandate names the project phase, authority and decision owner. Gateflow reviews the current plan before committing to a go-live date or on-site presence.

Where this fits

For focused platform, data or infrastructure migrations that need temporary technical project leadership.

What Gateflow needs to begin

You identify the target systems, provide the current plan and dependencies, and name supplier contacts and someone who can approve changes to scope or dates. Gateflow confirms who can authorize the cutover and which team will operate the systems afterward.

How Gateflow checks the result

A dry run or representative migration verifies the sequence, reconciliation, rollback conditions and acceptance tests. During cutover, open incidents and decisions are recorded against named owners.

What the customer receives at handover

You will receive the dependency and decision log, cutover result, open risks and an operating handover.
